m\u00e9dias annon\u00e7aient un \u00ab\u00a0plan social\u00a0\u00bb concernant 10% des effectifs \u00e0 TF1.<br \/>\nCela, vous pouvez l&rsquo;imaginer,  a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un grand \u00e9moi parmi le personnel.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Suite \u00e0 cette tourmente m\u00e9diatique, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>M derniers  Comit\u00e9s d&rsquo;Entreprise de TF1 SA, M Paolini a affirm\u00e9 :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0 il n&rsquo;y aura pas de plan social \u2026mais la continuation du plan d\u2019\u00e9conomies par\u00a0:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong>Le \tnon-remplacement des d\u00e9parts<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong>Gel \tdes embauches pour 6 mois\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation de 155 millions d\u2019\u00e9conomies depuis 2008 et avec le programme \u00ab\u00a0Fitness\u00a0\u00bb, ce n\u2019est plus une cure d\u2019amincissement mais bien l\u2019anorexie qui guette  TF1 avec tous les dangers que cela induit. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">C\u2019est pourquoi, comme nombre de salari\u00e9s de TF1 inquiets de cette situation,  la CGT-TF1 vous demande de ne pas valider ce nouveau plan d\u2019\u00e9conomies, et de proposer plut\u00f4t des investissements en programmes et en d\u00e9veloppements afin d\u2019apporter de meilleures perspectives d\u2019avenir \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s du groupe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Nous vous demandons de vous engager sur <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Le \tmaintien de tous les emplois \u00e0 TF1, aucun licenciement<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span
