TF1-SA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cgt-tf1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/logo70x70-cgt_rond-tf1_jaune-bordurenoire.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1302\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cgt-tf1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Logo-Union-CGT-TF1-v3-804x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"61\" height=\"75\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cgt-tf1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/logo70x70-cgt_rond-tf1_jaune-bordurenoire.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1606\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cgt-tf1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/logo70x70-cgt_rond-tf1_jaune-bordurenoire.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"70\" height=\"70\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00c9lections des repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> au Comit\u00e9 Social &amp; \u00c9conomique,<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> du 25\/09 au 02\/10\/2018<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>RESULTATS :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sur 20 si\u00e8ges, nous avons <strong>2 \u00e9lus Titulaires : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1 femme en coll\u00e8ge \u00ab\u00a0non-cadre\u00a0\u00bb \/ 1 homme en coll\u00e8ge \u00ab\u00a0CADRE\/JOURNALISTE\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8211; la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 de la CGT-TF1 : 13,94%<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;enjeu pour nous est de devenir repr\u00e9sentatif au niveau du Groupe TF1 afin de pouvoir participer aux n\u00e9gociations des accords et NAO.(pas pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 TF1 Pub, ni \u00e0 TF1 Production)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pourquoi voter CGT-TF1&nbsp;au C.S.E. de TF1-SA&nbsp;?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Permettre \u00e0 la CGT-TF1 d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sente aux r\u00e9unions de cette instance, o\u00f9 les \u00e9lu.e.s sont<\/strong><strong> consult\u00e9s sur la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise, avec notamment les projets de r\u00e9organisations, d\u2019externalisations, d\u2019investissements, etc\u2026<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La CGT-TF1 n\u2019accepte pas les externalisations<\/strong>, et n\u2019accompagne pas le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement des structures du Groupe lest\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 de centaines de salari\u00e9s. <strong>Nous appellerons \u00e0 une intersyndicale pour contrer, avec les salari\u00e9s, tous nouveaux projets de transfert ou d\u2019externalisation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comme nous, vous \u00eates attach\u00e9s au Groupe TF1, <strong>la CGT-TF1 revendique le maintien dans l\u2019emploi par le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> en cas de besoin et l\u2019<strong>am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail<\/strong> mises \u00e0 mal par les plans successifs d\u2019\u00e9conomies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lors de la n\u00e9gociation pr\u00e9vue autour du projet \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>info 2020<\/strong>\u00bb (<em>fusions de services TF1&amp;LCI<\/em>), <strong>nous ne l\u00e2cherons pas les accords TF1 <\/strong>(statuts, salaires, etc\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous demandons <strong>le retour de l\u2019augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale <\/strong>afin de <strong>garantir une augmentation pour TOUS<\/strong>, et ainsi mettre fin aux \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Z\u00e9ros RIS<\/strong>\u00bb. Pour rappel <strong>les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part et les droits \u00e0 la retraite sont calcul\u00e9s sur le seul salaire<\/strong>. De plus l<strong>es managers<\/strong> doivent pouvoir donner une augmentation \u00e0 toute leur \u00e9quipe et ainsi garantir le pouvoir d\u2019achat \u00e0 TOUS&nbsp;! <em>(Dernier Indice INSEE 09\/18&nbsp;: <strong>+ 2.3%<\/strong>)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous demanderons \u00e0 minima <strong>1 jour de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail par semaine<\/strong> pour TOUS les salari\u00e9s \u00e9ligibles.
