( \u00e0 TF1 8 titulaires et 8 suppl\u00e9ants).<\/p>\n<p>ATTRIBUTIONS DU COMIT\u00c9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise est charg\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer les <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>activit\u00e9s sociale<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>s<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>et culturelle<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>s<\/strong><\/span> mises en place par l\u2019entreprise au <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong> et de leur famille<\/strong><\/span>, en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>conditions d\u2019emploi et de vie<\/strong><\/span> (pr\u00e9voyance, cantine, cr\u00e8ches et colonies de vacances, aides au logement, aux pratiques sportives et culturelles\u2026ET le fameux&#8230;&#8230; catalogue).<\/li>\n<li>Il doit \u00eatre consult\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur, pour avis, avant diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0 la <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>gestion<\/strong><\/span> et \u00e0 l\u2019<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u00e9volution <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span>de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise peut mettre en place en son sein des commissions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es afin d\u2019approfondir l\u2019examen de th\u00e8mes particuliers : <strong>la commission formation<\/strong> et <strong>la commission de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 au CE a pour mission d&rsquo;assister les salari\u00e9s et de porter les revendications aupr\u00e8s de l&#8217;employeur.
